Grounded, Student-First, Always Evolving
My teaching journey began before I was formally certified. A trusted mentor invited me to lead yoga classes at a local gym and that early vote of confidence shaped my grounded, student-first approach.
After completing Yoga Teacher Training while living in an ashram in India, I fully committed to sharing the practice and went on to teach community classes across the United States.
Today I am still evolving and my mission is simple: to serve the yoga community through energizing workshops and retreats that help students deepen their practice, explore what is possible, and leave feeling empowered on and off the mat.

Every Sunday at 9:30am, I hold space for a community yoga class at I Am Yogi Studios in Queens, NYC. This is the heartbeat of my local practice, an open inversion workshop where all levels are welcome. We move together, breathe together and focus on our understanding of movement through anatomy and fascial alignment.
Come curious, come as you are. I can promise you will leave feeling more connected to your body and better than when you arrived.
